Room or apartment: what’s the difference?
The rooms have a private bathroom and balcony, with access to the shared kitchen. The two self-contained apartments have a double bedroom, living area with kitchenette, bathroom and outdoor space.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
The Booking listing shows check-in from 15:00 to 23:30 and check-out by 10:00. For direct bookings, we’ll agree the times in your offer: let us know when you expect to arrive.
Can I prepare breakfast and meals?
Yes. The apartments have an equipped kitchenette. Room guests can use the shared area with a kitchenette, microwave, fridge and table. Your offer will specify which services are included in your stay.
Can I bring a pet?
Let us know in your enquiry before you book. The Booking listing allows pets on request, with a possible extra charge: we’ll confirm availability, conditions and any costs for your direct booking.
Are there stairs?
The property has upper floors reached by stairs. If you have mobility or accessibility needs, contact us before booking so we can check the access route and suitable accommodation together.
Is parking available?
Yes, a spacious free car park is available for guests.
What about children and families?
Include the number of adults and children, and the children’s ages at the time of your stay. Pintadera accommodates up to three guests. For apartments or stays across several units, we’ll confirm the arrangements and capacity in your offer.
What are the booking terms?
We’ll confirm availability, the price, any deposit and the cancellation terms before you book. Conditions may vary with your dates and chosen offer. A WhatsApp enquiry is not a booking.
